LOOK & ROLL

BREADMAKERS will be screened at the look&roll short film festival in Switzerland. The festival is organized by Procap, the biggest Swiss self-helping organisation for people with special needs.

look&roll results from a close cooperation with short film festivals all over the world, with universities, distributors and festivals focussing on disability. Out of a shortlist of about 80 entries the programming commission selected 21 contributions from 11 countries.

BREADMAKERS will be screened on Friday 17th September at 7.30pm and Sunday 19th September at 4.30pm.

Hi Yas! Becky here, your old Aussie housemate :)

Huge congratulations on everything you've achieved over the last few years. Breadmakers sounds fantastic! I'm so, so impressed, but not at all surprised that your film has achieved such recognition. Congrats on getting married as well!

I just wanted to say, my short time in Edinburgh was really important for me, and you had a fantastic influence on me. I ended up working in Adelaide with people with learning disabilities. I'm just about to finish pysch honours and have been working with kids with autism.

Your stories about Garvald always stood out to me, they inspired me to go in this direction. Thanks!

Becky

P.S. Sorry I didn't write by post... I lost your mum's address somewhere along the line...my email is becky.kiil [at] gmail.com
